Taking reservations for 2010 pastured veal, this will be ready in the fall.  Veal calves are raised on pasture with their mothers where they play, graze and nurse naturally.  They are not penned or force fed replacer milk.  Veal calves are processed between 5 and 8 months of age and range from 400 to 600 pound.  Grassfed veal is called rose veal because the meat is rose red, not white like commercial veal or red like beef.  7th Heaven Farm's veal comes from registered Belted Galloway stock.

  • 1/4 of rose veal, about 50 pounds, $8.75/lb
  • 1/2 of rose veal, about 100 pounds, $8.50/lb
  • Whole rose veal, about 200 pounds, $8.00/lb
