Welcome to 7th Heaven Farm's Product Page.  Please read the information below before viewing the small and large bulk packages and individual retail lamb cuts.

If you are interested in ordering or would like additional information, please fill out the Information Request Form.  Carla will get back to you within 48 hours.  The products, quantities and prices are listed below.

The ordering process is initiated with the Information Request Form.   Thereafter, Carla will email you order forms for the products you requested or provide you with additional information.  Please note that animals are not processed and packaged until they are sold.  A non-refundable deposit must be received before an animal is taken to slaughter.  Beef, veal, goat and lamb are USDA inspected and processed at a family owned, USDA and AWA certified processing facility.  Orders are picked up by appointment at the farm.  Unless requested, all beef, veal, lamb and goat orders are flash frozen at the processing facility.

Beef, veal, lamb and goat bulk orders include individual cuts from each section of the animal.  (From the menu, click on Cuts of Beef for a description of beef cuts.)  The amounts listed below are rough estimates; the actual weight cannot be determined until the animal is processed.  There may be cutting loss after weighing and the quantities are based on 3/4" to 1" steaks, 3 to 4 lb. roasts, and 1 lb. packages of ground and stew meat. The thickness or size of roasts and packages may vary.  All of the meats are cut fresh, than flash frozen.

Currently taking orders for chicken and turkey.  7th Heaven Farm's 2010 poultry order for chicken and turkey hatchlings is placed in Jan. or Feb. 2010.   A family's annual supply of poultry must be ordered prior to 7th Heaven's hatchery order.  A family's annual supply can be broken down into multiple orders.  For example, a family may wish to store 12 chickens and three 12-pound turkeys for the year.  This supply of poultry can be divided into three orders of 4 chickens and 1 turkey.   It takes about 2 months to raise a chicken and three months to raise a turkey.  Small roasting turkeys (between 4 and 8 pound) are available for order as well.  Very young turkeys are extremely tender and sweet; even the dark meat -- which is very light!  Many families are replacing chickens with small turkeys.  There is a minimum purchase of 6 birds per family. The turkeys are $6.00/pound and the chickens are $6.00 per pound.  The actual cost cannot be determined until after the 2010 hatchery costs, supplies and processing costs are released.  The estimated price per pound is based on the Farm's 2009 costs.

Pastured veal is raised on pasture with their mothers where they play, graze and nurse naturally.  They receive no grain and are not penned or force fed milk.  The veal calves are processed between 6 and 8 months of age and range from 400 to 600 pound.  Grass fed veal is called rose veal because the meat is rose red, not white like commercial veal or red like beef.  Rose veal is a real treat!! No need to dine out with this in the house.  7th Heaven Farm' s veal comes from registered Belted Galloway stock.
